I used below, recommend to use insurance from visiting country, as well talk to the agents from the site, provide them the needed information, everyone is different. IF the grand parents doesn’t have any major health issues and wont be needing to use the insurance at all, only during emergencies, then go with minimum 50k with highest deductible allowed, this will lower your insurance. example we got 12months insurance with 50k insurance for supervisa before pandemic was about 1200$/person. https://parentsupervisa.ca
