General Construction Inc. is looking for a Site Superintendent for a construction project located in City of Orillia, Ontario with at least 2 years’ experience supervising construction projects and have an outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Job Description
Coordinating and supervising all construction activities.
Ensuring the project is constructed as per design, budget, quality, and schedule.
Managing project performance, schedule, and resources.
Understanding client expectations and contract.
Collaborating with the project team, client representative, consultants, and sub-contractors.
Maintaining site security and providing a safe work environment.
Conducting the project meetings, monitor progress and scheduling.
Participating in overall project closeout, including document archival, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
